How to feel good about yourself.
- Be grateful for what you do have.
- Breathe, make sure you are breathing. Sounds funny but it is so important to take time out to do some deep breathing
- Drink water only when you are thirsty. We over hydrate ourselves these days.
- Eat, only when you are hungry. We overfeed ourselves too much.
- Find Spirituality
- Be in good relationships that nourish you and encourage you
- Be happy in your career. Seriously it can kill you.
- Be generous, give and it will come back to you. That is in everything, your money, your time, your talents etc…
