Top 3 goals upon starting the 6-month program were:

  • understand what to do to solve the problems I have
  • loose weight
  • learn to relax

My coach was able to help me work toward these goals by

  • meditation
  • talking to me
  • praying
  • changing the way I look at food and making much better choices

My biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been

  • I became calmer, peaceful, wiser. I have made the right decision for myself
  • I improved on my fittness, sleep and weight.

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been

  • I have chosen the right way to solve my problem
  • I am happier

I would describe my coach as:
